think imaginatively
How do you awaken your creative genius?
Let's take the first step:
think imaginatively.
"Imagination is more important than knowledge."
...Albert Einstein
We call imaginative thinkers like Einstein a genius, but what is a genius? A genius is someone who has tapped into fantastic, new, undiscovered, creative ideas using their imagination.
How do you awaken your creative genius? Before the practical act of creation, a great creator lets their curiosity lead them to fantastic, new, undiscovered, creative ideas in their imagination.
William Shakespeare imagined the words Macbeth spoke before writing his bloody play. The swiss surrealist artist HR Giger imagined a hideous xenomorph before designing the Alien film monster. Leonardo DaVinci imagined the Mona Lisa before painting her half-smile.
The fantastic, new, undiscovered words and scenes and images they encountered in their imagination inspired and empowered these great artists to move forward and create their masterpieces.
